Description/Responsibilities:
Anakim Consulting is seeking Pega Functional Tester (Junior) to support our government customers modernization of processes and applications through scaled Agile development and process improvement within a quickly growing enterprise case management implementation on the Pega platform.
Role responsibilities include:
Produce and execute test plans for agile stories.
Communicate defects identified through testing efforts with Pega developers.
Monitor, track, and report progress of testing and defect closures for assigned stories.
Retain testing responsibilities of assigned stories until completion.
Create executive Status Summary Reports
Follow SAFe agile testing guiding principles.
Position Requirements
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or higher and 1 to 3 years' experience
Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks relevant to testing and development teams (written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to seek out information (proactive learning)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Additional skills:
Problem solver, consensus seeker, team player, and excellent communicator
Desired Skills:
Previous or existing IRS clearance and/or ELM experience
Familiar with Pega or similar low-code COTS platforms testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities.
Ability to work independently.
Experience with enterprise lifecycle management and requirements documentation tools.
Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals
Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)
