- Eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating the functional requirements of the system
- Developing test plans, test cases, test scripts and test data based on the functional requirements
- Executing test cases, reporting defects and tracking their resolution
- Performing regression, integration, performance and user acceptance testing
- Collaborating with the project manager, developers, business analysts and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Providing guidance and mentoring to junior functional requirements and testing analysts
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 to 10 years of experience; Master's Degree and 6 to 8 years of experience; PhD and 3 to 5 years of experience (in lieu of Bachelor's degree, 6 additional years of relevant experience)
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret Clearance
- 5+ years of experience in functional requirements analysis and testing
- Proficient in using various tools and techniques for requirements elicitation, documentation and validation
- Familiar with various testing methodologies, frameworks and tools
- Experience in testing web-based, client-server and mobile applications
- Analyzing, documenting and validating the functional requirements of the FBI systems and applications
- Developing, executing and maintaining test plans, test cases and test scripts for functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing
- Identifying, reporting and tracking defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle
- Collaborating with developers, business analysts, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
- Providing guidance and support to junior analysts and testers on best practices and methodologies
