Description
*Sunday, Monday, Tuesday nights: 9:30pm-8am**Saturday evening: 5:00pm-Midnight*_*Description*_:The selected individual will be responsible for performing Nightly Data Center operations, and monitoring of IT systems (iSeries and Webservers).
Execute daily production system tasks and procedures including system back-ups and nightly reports._*Specific Functions:
*_
\* Monitor all production data systems
\* Perform nightly scheduled production system update functions:
\* Use Jira to document developer's access to the iSeries production systems
\* Work with Database Admins on troubleshooting issues.
\* Maintain departmental documentation
\* Build monthly data needed for customer buyback databases
\* Implement developer code changes onto production systems.
\* Document and escalate operational concerns/problems to appropriate staff.
\* Take direction from senior staff members to correct more complex problems.
_*QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:*_
\* Ability to demonstrate attention to detail with high problem solving skills required. Must be able to work unsupervised. Knowledge of computer hardware and software is beneficial. Previous data-entry experience and/or computer operations is helpful. Must have familiarity with Windows10.
\* All internal candidates must have work history at MBS demonstrating excellent attendance and superior ratings in job performance, especially a high level of self- motivation in completion of assigned duties.
