Summary You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the FINANCE DEPARTMENT of TRAWING TWO. Responsibilities You will control, monitor and oversee all supply fund expenditures and property inventory.

You will maintain specialized property accounts and records, complete individual transactions, provide customer assistance, screen reference files, conduct data searches and distribute output files.

You will prepare property survey requests and conduct research on requested items, checking for accuracy and validity.

You will conduct physical inventories for a range of items and adjust stock levels to reflect changing customer requirements and projected depletions.

You will determine when to requisition and quantities required based on directed input from customers and usage patterns and trends.

You will serve as Contracting Officer by letter limited to the use of the Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) with the ability to authorize up to $10000 on a single purchase, per billing cycle or as delegated.

You will use word processing software to develop a variety of correspondence/documents and spreadsheet software to develop standard and statistical reports and other supply information.

Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

utilizing supply systems to monitor, investigate, and reconcile supply transaction discrepancies and to determine the status of requisitions or delivery of supplies or equipment.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Additional vacancies may be filled by this announcement. This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.

PPP applicants will be placed at the FPL, if determined Well Qualified (WQ). To receive priority consideration, the FPL must be the same grade level or equivalent of the retained grade or the grade held immediately prior to separation.

To be considered well-qualified and exercise selection priority as an ICTAP candidate, displaced Federal employees must satisfy all qualification requirements for the position and receive a rating in the highly qualified category (score 85) or higher.
