    • Starting pay of $22.00 per hour
    • Potential to boost hourly wages by 0.50 cents every 3 months based on performance
    • You'll have the chance to represent our vibrant brand in various ways. From creating memorable customer experiences onsite to assisting in running our Vending Machines (available in select locations), our Customer Advocates offer a unique and seamless car-delivery experience to each customer.

    We are seeking enthusiastic, dynamic, and self-driven team members with a minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience to:

    • Transport vehicles directly to customers' homes using our customized car haulers (no commercial license needed to operate the hauler, extensive training provided)
    • Regularly load/unload vehicles onto the hauler (physical strength required) and conduct routine inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety for driving
    • Complete customer documentation and maintain detailed records in our customer management system
    • Drive responsibly and uphold a clean driving record following Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy

    *Candidates must possess (or be able to acquire) a Notary in their local area within the initial 90 days of employment (process supported by Carvana).

    *Employees in Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri must secure a Chauffeur's license or any other state-specific license within the first two weeks of joining (process sponsored by Carvana).

    Key qualifications and requirements

    • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks like vehicle detailing and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers in both indoor and outdoor settings with occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions (e.g., snow or summer heat depending on the market)
    • Able to stand/walk and engage in physical tasks for extended periods (8+ hours)
    • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
    • Physical agility to perform movements such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting, as well as the ability to grasp, carry, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50lbs
    • Strong visual acuity and manual dexterity for frequent driving. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities to carry out essential job functions
