Salary for this position is based on level of experience.In this role you will:
- Participate in problem management activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis
- Maintain the helpdesk ticket queue, ensuring issues are addressed in a timely fashion, escalating when necessary and routing tickets to team members and/or vendors as appropriate
- Promote changes adhering to IS and Corporate policies and procedures
- Collaborate daily with the appropriate IS team members to resolve reported issues and implement assigned projects
- Develop work plans and track/report status of assigned projects and tasks
- Maintain current knowledge and continues education of relevant technologies
You should have:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS or other related field or 4 years of related experience with a high school diploma/equivalent
- Experience with system analysis and design
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Visio)
- Ability to provide written and verbal communication with technical and nontechnical personnel
- Ability to work in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
- Able to support off hours processing
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with salesrelated business products, such as ERPs, CRMs, and ECMs
- Experience with T-SQL
- Experience with IIS
- Experience with XML
- Knowledge of REST and JSON
- Experience working with API's
- Experience with ticket tracking software
