    The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Elevity Team.

    In this role you will:
    Assume a lead role in providing financial information, analysis, and support to all divisions of the Company
    Prepare financial information on a monthly and ad hoc basis
    Provide analysis related to Corporate and divisional financial reporting and present organization-wide actionable recommendations
    Analyze customer profitability, identify potential efficiencies or improvements based on analysis, and present findings to stakeholders
    Provide insights to management on revenue and cost drivers for each of the Company's lines of business
    Aid in the production and analysis of monthly financial statements
    Lead monthly financial results discussions with leadership teams and provide thought leadership in ad hoc strategic discussions with cross-divisional leadership when necessary
    Lead monthly forecasting process and annual budget process. Work closely with divisional leadership team to identify trends and relationships which will aid in the forecast and budget processes
    Develop & build financial models for Company divisions and branches
    Perform tasks in coordination with other financial analysts to ensure efficiency in delivery of services and adequacy of back up
    Participate as the finance team representative in divisional and cross-divisional projects as needed
    Generate suggestions for improving processes and workflows and work effectively with management and other departments to implement any changes
    Evaluate financial impact of Corporate initiatives and communicate to divisional leadership as needs arise
    Support pricing discussions, marketing initiatives, sales programs, and sales promotions through financial analysis and presentation
    Support vendor negotiation efforts by providing necessary financial analysis
    Support the annual audit and tax processes
    Ensure adequate level of internal controls over financial reporting
    Act as a lead for the financial analyst team and provide guidance and/or training when necessary

    You should have:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
    Minimum of five years of experience in finance / accounting, including strategic analysis and thought leadership
    Experience in general ledger maintenance and financial reporting
    Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
    Excellent organizational skills, including planning and facilitating monthly and ad hoc meetings
    Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
    Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
