    Description


    A leading human rights activism organization with significant worldwide presence is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee major multimillion-dollar museum and organizational enhancement projects.

    You will play a pivotal role in project planning, execution, and grant management You are a strategic thinker with exceptional multitasking abilities and clear communication skills.

    In this role, you will manage diverse projects, ensuring their timely and successful completion.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with key staff to define project scope and objectives.
    Manage daily workflow for grant projects, ensuring progress across departments.
    Develop and oversee project budgets in coordination with the Accounting Department.
    Predict and manage resources efficiently to achieve grant objectives.
    Maintain a comprehensive calendar of project timelines, reporting requirements, and deadlines.
    Compile relevant data for reports and future grant proposals.


    Experience and Skills:
    Minimum 5 years' experience managing projects/grants exceeding $1M.
    Exhibit build or construction management background required.
    Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
    Exceptional written communication skills for persuasive proposals and reports.
    Collaborative, open, and inclusive personality suited for our team-oriented culture.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, handling intricate project details.
