We are looking for:


The KLU is seeking a personality to lead the Business Development, Sales, and Executive Education department, shape the strategic and entrepreneurial development of the department, and demonstrate proven leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and conceptual and strategic capabilities.

The Director of Executive Education and Business Development leads the teams of Business Development, Executive Education, Direct Marketing, Sales & Recruiting, Alumni Relations, as well as the newly established Entrepreneurship Center, and is responsible for the overall organizational development of the university as a member of a three-person director team.

He/she regularly exchanges ideas with this peer group and works closely with the management and the board of directors, as well as with the academic leadership of the Executive Education, to continue the already initiated institutional growth course and achieve the organization's strategic and financial goals.

The KLU is undergoing a comprehensive transformation process, offering a high degree of creative freedom to implement agile structures and develop sustainable processes, as well as an attractive international working environment with high growth potential.

Your tasks:


Leading and (further) developing the Business Development, Sales & Executive Education department, in particular:

  • Shaping the strategic direction of the department in line with the institutional growth strategy and goals and ensuring goal achievement
  • Profiling in the national and international market and further developing
