The Diakonie-Klinikum Stuttgart is currently seeking a part-time (approximately 50%) Personal Controller / HR Controller (m/f/d) to join our team in Spencer, OK.

This position is permanent and offers a flexible work schedule.

As an academic teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Tübingen, the Diakonie-Klinikum Stuttgart is a modern, high-performing and dynamically growing clinic with a religious background.

Located in the heart of Stuttgart, we provide care to approximately 21,000 inpatients and 90,000 outpatients annually with a staff of 1,850 and 400 beds in 8 main departments.

Your responsibilities:

Further development and optimization of existing systems and processes
Calculation and monitoring of the personnel budget, as well as conducting forecasts and variance analyses
Monthly reporting and detailed analysis of staffing needs
Support in the implementation of an electronic staffing plan
Preparation of evaluations for strategic decisions by management and senior staff
Consultation with managers based on analysis data
Preparation and participation in negotiations with health insurance companies regarding the nursing budget
Participation in the preparation and analysis of the annual financial statements
Responsible for necessary reports to associations and authorities

Your profile:

You have a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on personnel or controlling
You have several years of professional experience in the field of personnel, preferably in a hospital setting
You possess analytical thinking skills
