- Source and design competitive benefit plans, including medical, vision, dental, HSA/FSA, legal plans, and EAP.
- Manage 401k program in collaboration with Fidelity and assist in budgeting with Finance and HR leadership.
- Plan and conduct Open Enrollment and New Hire Orientations.
- Administer Leave of Absences (LOAs), including processing paperwork, making approval/denial decisions, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Provide HRIS support, including expertise in ADP Workforce Now and ensuring accurate data entry for new hires, record changes, and terminations.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on benefits, HRIS management, and LOA administration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal leave laws and regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Ability to handle confidential information and difficult conversations with employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
