Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Utilize HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar platforms for recruitment activities
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitive intelligence to improve recruiting strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools such as Lever, ATS, HRIS, etc.
- Strong knowledge of interviewing techniques and best practices
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year
