We are currently looking for you as a Master / Technician in Electrical Engineering as a Team Leader (m/f/d) for DB Energie GmbH at the Dresden location.
Your tasks:

Together with your team, you ensure the reliable provision and availability of electrical systems for Deutsche Bahn
You ensure high-quality maintenance, repair and installation of energy supply and railway refueling systems, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
You are responsible for commissioning new or upgraded systems, as well as for customer care and retention within and outside the DB Group
You carry out extensive maintenance and installation projects and calculate performance offers
You are responsible for managing and utilizing resources, and also contribute to work time planning, recording and compliance
You also help shape principles and processes, and conduct employee meetings and regular training measures
You are passionate about new technologies such as hydrogen or e-mobility and want to actively support the energy transition
