Business Analyst - Salesforce Projects
We are looking for 3 Business Analysts with experience in supporting Salesforce projects for a Hybrid position with our Sacramento, California client. This is a hybrid role that can be worked remotely but may require commuting to Sacramento when necessary.
Requirements:
- Five (5) years of experience (7 years preferred) applying analytical processes on IT projects.
- At least three (3) years of experience (5 years preferred) in business systems analysis and design, including intermediate-level skills in:
- Three (3) years' experience (5 years preferred) using analytical support documentation and automated tools, such as:
- Two (2) years of experience (within the last five (5) years) as a business analyst.
- Experience in business analysis activities like State project approval lifecycle (PAL) documentation development, Application requirements analysis, Business process analysis or re-engineering (e.g., supporting conversion and transition to a new application), Application testing, or user training.
- Two (2) years of experience (within the last five (5) years) as a business analyst in the implementation and support of Salesforce solutions.
