    Do you have Business Systems Analysis experience, and are you seeking a new job in Golden Valley? Horizontal Talent is helping a collaborative company recruit a contract Business Systems Analyst, and the role comes with a compelling pay rate.


    In this Business Systems Engineer role, you will partner with key stakeholders to understand operational opportunities and manage efforts to design and implement business systems solutions to achieve operational objectives and efficiencies by applying extensive knowledge of products, relevant regulations, and administrative systems and processes.

    During your first few weeks in this Business Systems Consultant role, you can expect to:

    Design solutions to realize operational opportunities, especially in complex areas requiring a high level of business systems expertiseLead in the creation of processes, applications, and models essential to successfully delivering on operational objectivesOversee monitoring of regulations, new product offerings, and changes to existing products for impacts on business systems team responsibilities and the creation and implementation of new system requirements needed to update impacted applications and processesEnsure adherence to the quality control process

    To apply for this Business Systems Analyst role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

    Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related fieldComprehensive technical skills at an expert level in insurance product features and mechanicsProgramming concepts (XML, JSON, java), knowledge of ACORD standards, Microsoft Excel functionality including Visual Basic for Applications, eApplication Platforms (Zinnia & AMP), iPipeline (Affirm), Hexure (FireLight), and relevant regulations8+ years of experience in insurance industry operation or system support role would be ideal
