- Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and sanitation practices to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Prioritizing guest satisfaction by responding to feedback, addressing concerns, and consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Staying updated on culinary trends, techniques, and industry developments to keep the restaurants offerings fresh, relevant, and competitive in the market.
- Designing, developing, and updating the restaurants menu to reflect the concept, seasonality, and local availability of ingredients.
- Innovating and creating new dishes that align with the restaurants style and vision while also appealing to customers tastes.
- Collaborate with Executive Management Team to develop long-term strategic plans and growth initiatives for the restaurant
- Chef and/or kitchen management experience preferred
- 5+ years of proven experience in a senior management role within the full-service restaurant industry
- Enthusiastic with high energy; passion for leading, coaching, and developing others
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen management

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Humble Pie is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to lead their full-service restaurant back of house.
