- Process Cash Applications for Locations
- Obtain Deposit and Credit Card information for the purpose of applying cash
- Reconcile Cash Applications to deposits and credit card receipts
- Complete all period end functions including but not limited to reconciling cash posted and reconciling AR Aging Sub Ledger to General Ledger
- Research as needed for AR Dept
- Send back charges to Location for approval
- Prepare and enter Journal Entries as needed
- Follows all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year's office and/or clerical experience.
- Basic data entry.
- General computer competency is required, including a minimum of 1-year experience Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work overtime with little notice;weekends hours may occasionally be required.
- Experience with Accounting - knowledge of debits and credits
- Experience with the HVAC or Construction Industry
- Experience with Accounts Receivable
- Self-motivated, self-starter, results driven individual
- Must be detail-oriented and well organized
- Customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- With natural or corrected vision, able to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception.
- Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others.
- Ability to enter text or data into a computer by means of a traditional keyboard or 10-key numeric keypad.
- Must be able to use arms and hands to reach overhead, signal, grab, hold, lift, turn, push and pull objects and tools.

The Cash Applications Specialist will provide administrative and general financial business support to assigned team handling a variety of functions to ensure that operations and internal and external customer needs are met.
