- Welcome and greet patients, families, and visitors.
- Coordinate patient appointments, answer inquiries and provide information about the services provided by Vera French.
- Attain a high level of confidentiality and safe guard patient privacy.
- Collect copays, ensure accurate patient information, and assist patients with the completion of any necessary documentation.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Answer calls.
- Associates degree required
- Excellent customer service or public relations skills required.
- Computer knowledge and Microsoft office experience
- Office setting experience preferred.

As a Patient Services Representative you will facilitate the smooth running of the mental healthcare environment and support the delivery of quality patient care. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a critical role in their experience at Vera French. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Make an Impact: Our mission is to enhance the mental health of all in our community by providing quality, accessible and comprehensive care.
Learn and Grow: Vera French offers various in-house training opportunities CPR, Medication Management and other trainings through our learning management system. To encourage our staff to continue their education, Vera French also offers a Tuition Reimbursement and Loan Repayment program for all employees after one year of employment.
