General Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and access customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure customer satisfaction
- Take the extra step to engage customers for a positive outcome
Skills and Knowledge
- MUST HAVE Beauty industry experience
- Proven customer service experience as Customer Service Representative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in customer service
- Experience in the beauty industry preferred
Education:
- College degree preferred
Pay:
$1.00 per hour
