    Founded in 1999, Commonwealth Equipment is a reputable distributor of heavy material processing equipment, catering to clients across multiple states from New York to South Carolina. With around sixty team members and four physical sites, our headquarters are located in Ashley, PA. Our goal is to deliver top-notch equipment, services, and parts to each customer.


    Job Summary
    The Service Administrator will directly liaise with the Regional Parts and Service Manager to manage service operations. Responsibilities will include handling service billing and providing administrative assistance for all service-related needs. As the Service Administrator at Commonwealth Equipment, your role involves generating customer invoices and ensuring they are always current. Additionally, you will oversee all Warranty Claims from initiation to completion, serving as the key link between customers and manufacturers.


    • Service billing
    • Offer administrative support for the service department
    • Supervise work orders
    • Prepare daily billing for completed tasks
    • Monitor company fleet-service vehicles and maintenance
    • Create customer invoices
    • Issue service techs' purchase orders
    • Collaborate daily with the Service Manager
    • Provide warranty assistance to customers, service, and sales departments
    • Compile and submit warranty claims and documentation
    • Work closely with Regional Parts and Service Manager and Regional Aftermarket Manager
    • Utilize warranty tracking system
    • Review Service Tech work orders
    • Present warrantable cases to OEM manufacturers

    Required Skills/Abilities

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in company software
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Capability to facilitate continuous improvement, provide accurate reports, and draw insights from data


    Qualifications, Education, and Experience

    • Must have US Work authorization
    • Associate degree in Business Administration or relevant field, or equivalent work background
    • Minimum of two years of experience in service scheduling, dispatch, or service writing
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with proven multitasking skills


    Compensation and Benefits

    • $ 60,000 annual salary
    • Simple IRA with company match up to 3%
