Started out of college competing paper files transfer to EMR system. Promoted within same company twice, first to clinical scheduler, followed by sales and marketing liaison for home care, hospice, and DME. Completed a few years of independent sales focused in Medicare supplements, replacements and life insurance. Most recently, I spent 8+years with one company starting as receptionist followed by promotion to medical collections and billing as a financial counselor for a private practice of over 300 employees. 

Bachelor of Social Work from Campbell University with two internships served with Harnett County Department of Social Services and Duke University Medical Center as kidney transplant social work coordinator.
