I have 28+ years of experience in multiple customer service areas. I have 11+ years of hotel management experience with a concentration on front desk and customer service areas. I have been able to successfully reduce accounts receivables by over $60,000. I have 3+ years in the financial services area. I also have 13+ years of experience in administrative support positions. I have 8+ years in retail services including management positions. Several of these skills and positions have been fulfilled by working in multiple positions at the same time but looking for that one career that best suits all of my experience and abilities.
Education
I graduated high school with honors and only attended one year of college with no degree obtained. I did have my Notary license for 5 years. I am a fast on the job learner though.
