We are currently seeking a salesperson (m/f/d) for the private customer sales division of Deutsche Telekom at our Burbank, WA location.

Your tasks in the shop:


  • You will advise customers in the shop on all matters related to internet, landline, and mobile products
  • You will handle complaints and assist with problem solving
  • You will conduct indepth sales conversations about individual products and services and help customers find the right products for their needs
  • You will process customer orders and handle data maintenance
  • You will participate in productspecific sales promotion measures and campaigns

What we are looking for:


  • Ideally, you have completed a training as a retail salesman or have a comparable qualification
  • Career changers with technical affinity and interest in the telecommunications industry are also welcome
  • Strong communication skills in German
  • You have gained initial work experience in sales
  • Commitment and enjoyment of customer contact complete your profile
