Your Mission

Disciplinary and professional leadership of the subordinate employees from Systems and Software Engineering or Architecture
Creating the conditions for applying agile methods in the DevOps team
Organizing crossdomain collaboration to define and maintain standards in processes, methods, and tools
Sharing collected feedback with Thales Corporate Engineering to contribute to the definition of future standard Thales tool solutions
With your team, you are responsible for supporting and coaching users from the infrastructure and development teams throughout the application lifecycle (ALM)

We are looking forward to

Several years of professional experience in the field of system/software engineering, as a DevOps engineer, requirements engineer, or in a similar role
First leadership experience, either in projects or as a disciplinary manager, would be desirable but not mandatory
Comprehensive knowledge of agile methods, as well as experience with some of the
