    Retail Store Manager at Uniforms by Logo Express (ULE)

    Uniforms by Logo Express (ULE) is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at a retail location in Greater New Orleans. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales, fostering customer retention, and cultivating a positive and supportive in-store atmosphere.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide frequent and positive communication to effectively lead a team of 4–6 associates
    • Create a customer service-oriented environment through training and staff development
    • Ensure store operational requirements are met by scheduling employees and monitoring work results
    • Achieve sales targets and company objectives through strategic scheduling and coaching of associates
    • Oversee store operations with a strong emphasis on customer and associate satisfaction
    • Maintain inventory levels, store appearance, and emergency preparedness
    • Manage in alignment with ULE's values and policies
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the general manager

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Three (3) years of retail leadership experience
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, speaking)
    • Flexible availability, including weekends
    • Reliable transportation
    • Effective communication skills with both associates and customers
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive mindset
    • Physical capabilities to perform in-store tasks
    • Basic computer proficiency
    • Openness to feedback and commitment to self-improvement
