As a Junior Integration Engineer at Roland Berger, you will be a valuable member of our dynamic and global IT team in Poquoson. Working alongside motivated colleagues, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of our company by developing innovative ideas and delivering cutting-edge IT solutions.

With your expertise in integration, you will be responsible for seamlessly integrating applications and data to enable efficient and accurate processes, as well as ensuring high data quality to support informed decision-making.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Creating and managing integrations of cloud-based data sources and applications
Migrating existing on-premises SSIS integrations to the Microsoft Azure cloud using state-of-the-art technologies, and developing solutions for complex issues
Collecting, transforming, and storing data from various applications for reporting using ETL services
Monitoring the quality and stability of existing interfaces and integration processes
Establishing a testing environment and continuously optimizing our services, tools, and processes
Collaborating closely with other developers, architects, and stakeholders in an agile environment

Qualifications

Master's, Bachelor's, or exceptional apprenticeship in a relevant field, preferably in computer science, business informatics, automation technology, or a related discipline
