    Als CTO/Lead Enterprise Architect (m/w/d) bist du Teil der T-Systems Cloud Services und gestaltest, berätst und unterstützt unsere Enterprise KundIinnen auf ihrem Weg in die Cloud. Deine zentralen Aufgaben liegen im Bereich IT Architecture und Design sowie der anschließenden Realisierung und Betriebsüberführung großer IT/Cloud Infrastrukturen. Du erstellst maßgeschneiderte IT-Lösungen und berücksichtigst dabei bereits im Solution Design & Angebotserstellung die fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen unserer KundInnen. Aktuelle IT-Trends und Innovationen wie Multi Cloud, Open Source Ansätze, KI oder DevOps greifst du intelligent auf und integrierst diese in große Enterprise Architekturen unserer HealthCare Kunden.Dabei warten folgende spannende Aufgaben auf dich:
    Verantwortung für Konzeption, Design von IT Enterprise Architekturen und Begleitung der Implementierung sowie Architektur Support in großen IT-Enterprise Architekturen
    Proaktive Aufnahme und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Anpassung der IT-Architektur gemäß aktueller IT-Technologietrends
    Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Architekten der Kunden zur Integration des Liefermodells in die Service- und Applikationsschicht
    Initiierung und aktive Unterstützung von Angebotserstellung, Sales-/Presales-Aktivitäten und Innovationsprojekten
    Beratung von Kunden bis C-Level und internem Management
    Erstellung von Machbarkeitsstudien, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Business-Cases
    Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen HealthCare-Lösungen zusammen mit unseren KundInnen und unseren internationalen Teams #EHE_TSI#

    Architekturdesign, die Umsetzung von Enterprise Cloud Architekturen sowie technische und strategische Beratung von Cloud Kunden/-innen liegt dir im Blut. Du bist erfahrener IT-Architekt (m/w/d) und verfügst über mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Architektur & Design, davon vorzugsweise 2 Jahre im Gesundheitswesen. Ein hervorragender Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik, Mathematik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen sowie folgende Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten kennzeichnen dein Profil:
    Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von IT-Architekturen auf multidimensionalen Ebenen wie Netzwerk, Infrastruktur, Sicherheit, Persistenz, Applikationen, um effektiv mit anderen Beteiligten wie Projektmanagern, Scrum-Mastern, Produktverantwortlichen, Business-Analysten, Entwicklern und Infrastruktur- oder Sicherheitsarchitekten kommunizieren zu können
    Sehr gute Expertise in Netzwerklösungen basierend auf Cisco ACI und Juniper sowie WAN-Anbindungen
    Hervorragende Cloud Architektur Expertise auf Basis VMWare-Technologie, Storage-Systemen von NetApp und Hitachi, Server Operation - Cisco UCS und Backup-Lösungen mit Tivoli Storage Management
    Sehr gute Fähigkeiten, Geschäftsziele in Betriebsmodelle zu übersetzen und die technische Weiterentwicklung im Einklang mit Finance KPIs und den Unternehmenszielen zu verantworten
    Sehr gute Fähigkeiten zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Technologie-Roadmap sowie Entwicklung digitaler HealthCare-IT-Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internationalen Teams
    Gutes Verständnis der IT-Referenzarchitekturen im Bereich der deutschen Gesundheitssysteme,Krankenhäuser, Leistungserbringer und/oder Kostenträger/Krankenkassen wie Telematikinfrastruktur.
    Außerordentliche Kommunikations- und Präsentationskompetenzen in Deutsch und Englischsowie sicheres Auftreten auch auf Management-Level
