    CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Project Manager for a Construction client in Fort Worth, TX. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple retail construction projects for bid to project closeout including pricing, negotiations, take-offs, issuing subcontracts, financial management, managing KPIs, reporting, development and execution of project timelines, ensuring site safety, approving payments, billing, and customer relations. Qualified candidates will have their Bachelors degree in Construction along with at least 5 years of commercial construction project management experience. A PMP certification and retail construction experience are highly desired. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company that offers stability, strong values, and a fun culture.

    Requirements for the Construction Project Manager:

    • Bachelors degree in construction management
    • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience (retail industry preferred)
    • PMP Certification preferred
    • Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects from bid process to close out
    • Experience with pricing, negotiations, take-offs, issuing subcontracts, financial management, managing KPIs, reporting, development and execution of project timelines, ensuring site safety, approving payments, billing, and customer relations.
    • Ability to travel 25%

    Compensation for the Construction Project Manager:

    • Direct hire
    • Salary: $70-90K/year, based on experience + 20% bonus potential
    • Location: In-office in downtown Fort Worth plus travel to project sites nationwide
