    Job Summary
    As an Associate Manufacturing Software Engineer, you will ensure smooth manufacturing processes through software development. You will support manufacturing teams with technical expertise and problem-solving. This will help to optimize manufacturing and improve quality.
    Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)
    Assisting with development and implementation of software tools to automate tasks, increase efficiency, and support manufacturing.
    Helping to optimize workflows.
    Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving software issues to minimize downtime.
    Maintaining manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
    Providing training and mentoring to production team members on manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
    Requirements
    Possess a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
    Be able to demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java or Python.
    Be able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
    Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
    Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

    Compensation and Benefits
    The base pay for this position is $80,138 to $110,190 per year depending on the geographic market.

    Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
