- Handling and reviewing home care referrals to ensure proper authorization
- Supervising client care activities such as assessment, care planning, and evaluation
- Assisting office staff with recruitment and scheduling matters
- Addressing and documenting client complaints
- Managing Home Health Aide training and competency requirements
- Conducting regular clinical reviews and meetings as per state guidelines
- Performing home visits
- Collaborating with office staff to enhance recruitment efforts for growth and coverage
- Exemplifying and supporting company initiatives
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Current unencumbered RN License in New York
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of home health care experience
- Recent management experience involving personnel matters
- Familiarity with home health care regulations
- Understanding of insurance and reimbursement standards for home care
