- Manage overall direction and clinical operations of home care services, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. Support the execution of the agency's business strategy.
- Handle home care referrals, collaborate with the office team to approve service authorizations, and oversee client care processes including assessment, care planning, and evaluation.
- Assist in staff recruitment, onboarding procedures, and address scheduling concerns. Document and assist in resolving complaints from clients.
- Oversee in-service training and competency standards for Home Health Aides. Conduct regular clinical reviews and mandated meetings.
- Conduct home visits and facilitate a recruitment program to ensure adequate coverage for existing cases.
- Champion and uphold company initiatives for an exceptional work environment.
- Active RN License in New York without restrictions.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an RN, with at least 1 year in home health care.
- Prior managerial experience within the last 3 years, including recruitment and termination responsibilities.
- Familiarity with home health care regulations and insurance/reimbursement criteria.
- Preferably, a Bachelor's degree in nursing.
