We are a property management company that was formed through a collaboration between Katip Immobilien from Augsburg and Star-Concept Immobilien from Fürstenfeldbruck.

We are experts in the real estate industry, using our experience and dedication to develop and manage our clients' properties reliably and sustainably.

We handle all tasks related to property management.

We are looking for someone who can help take our existing company to the next level and is also eager to achieve personal growth.

Responsibilities:

Condominium and rental management
Bookkeeping, account management, invoice verification, and master data maintenance
Preparation of annual statements, financial plans, and utility cost statements
Organization and execution of document audits
Preparation, support, and followup of owners' meetings
Communication with tenants, owners, caretakers, and authorities
Contracting and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures
Contract management (maintenance contracts, rental agreements, insurance, utilities, etc.)
Handling of insurance claims

Who are we looking for:

You have a degree in real estate management or are a certified real estate specialist
Alternatively, you have several years of experience as a property manager
You have an entrepreneurial mindset
You have a confident demeanor, are highly motivated, and have good negotiation skills
You have a valid driver's license
You have experience with property management software, preferably Hausbank/Casavi
You are proficient in common
