    Hospice Director of Business Development at Grane Home Health & Hospice



    Are you passionate about healthcare and marketing? Join our team at Grane Home Health & Hospice as a Hospice Director of Business Development. In this role, you'll lead and strategize hospice marketing efforts, collaborating closely with our clinical operations team. You'll be overseeing all community liaisons across the state, leading a team of dedicated professionals.

    Responsibilities:
    - Supervising marketing liaisons statewide
    - Training and onboarding marketing team members
    - Developing and implementing marketing plans
    - Understanding markets and competitors for effective sales
    - Staying updated on industry changes for competitive advantage
    - Collaborating with cross-functional partners
    - Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
    - Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    - 3 years of hospice and/or home health marketing experience
    - 2 years in marketing leadership positions
    - Proven track record in strategic marketing
    - Strong leadership and communication skills
