We are currently looking for a part-time hours/week) administrative assistant for our accounting department (m/f/d) in Hamburg.Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Support in finance: invoice verification, setting up transfers and payments, filing of documents.
- Support in human resources: preparation of documents for payroll, contract management.
- Office management: support in planning and organizing events, company celebrations, etc., responsible for ordering office supplies, beverages, and other consumables.
What you should bring:
- Education: Completed commercial training or degree in a relevant field, preferably in finance, taxes, etc.
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in similar roles, ideally in accounting or a tax office.
