    Responsibilities

    Client Engagement: Assist clients with their insurance needs, offering tailored guidance and recommendations.In-Person Meetings: Meet with potential clients to discuss insurance options and coverage details.Policy Recommendations: Provide personalized insurance plans based on individual client requirements.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.Customer Service: Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance your knowledge and skills.


    Requirements

    Licensing: Obtaining an active insurance license in Nevada is a plus.Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an office-based environment and work collaboratively with team members.Team Collaboration: Capable of working effectively as part of a team and fostering a positive team environment.Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software tools.
