    A First Name Basis is a leading home care agency dedicated to providing quality care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Home Care Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts and helping to drive the growth of our business.

    As a Home Care Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new leads. You will work closely with the marketing team and be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, creating content, and analyzing data to measure the success of our initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing or a related field, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities.


    Responsibilities
    • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our home care services
    • Manage and update the company's social media platforms, including content creation and engagement with followers
    • Create compelling content for blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
    • Support the planning and execution of events, such as health fairs and community outreach programs
    • Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to reach them
    • Analyze marketing data and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
    • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support customer acquisition efforts

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
    • Proven experience in marketing or a similar role
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
    • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
