Hours: Full time
Position Summary:
Imparts leadership, supervision and support staff on assigned shift, objective being provided care in
accordance with the philosophies, objectives and establish policies of the assisted living and the nursing.

Qualifications:
1. Graduate from accredited school of nursing
2. Current Massachusetts licensure
3. Experience in staff nursing, geriatrics and or assisted living desirable
4. Maintains valid CPR certification
5. Maintains educational competency as required by state and federal regulations.
6 Ability to adjust to new or changing situations and stresses.
7. Possesses a high degree of initiative, resourcefulness and maturity of judgement
8. Ability to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods of time on an infrequent basis
9. Ability to bend and squat for prolonged periods of time on an infrequent basis
10 Ability to push/pull objects and lift/carry up to 20lbs. on a frequent basis and up to50 lbs. or more.

11. Ability to interact effectively with residents, their families and other staff members
