Responsibilities:

Your daily business:
As a Finance & Controlling Specialist, you will be involved in the entire process of internal accounting and controlling, including:

  • Creating statistics and evaluations
  • Assisting in controlling
  • Reviewing existing software solutions, identifying potential for improvement, and conducting updates to ensure that IT systems are efficient and uptodate
  • Preparing accounting: incoming and internal invoices
  • Assisting with invoicing and reminders
  • Document filing using DocuWare
  • Managing petty cash
  • Preparing payroll and maintaining data
  • Submitting and processing funding applications
  • Assisting with invoicing and reminders
  • General administrative tasks in the department


In addition, you will be actively involved in digitalization projects, which our client sees as a great opportunity for the company.
