We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Head Nurse for our 1:1 care and group home services in Fort Johnson, NY.

While additional training in anesthesia and intensive care or respiratory therapy is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, extensive knowledge and skills in non-clinical and/or clinical intensive care are essential. Additionally, we are looking for someone with strong cross-functional, associative, and organizational thinking abilities. Leadership experience and a strong understanding of error culture are also required, as well as flexibility and mobility. A degree in nursing management is advantageous, but not required.

The training for a head nurse or accompanying study can be obtained during your active participation and will be covered by us.
