Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Administrative and organizational tasks in customer service, such as creating quotes and correspondence
  • Actively developing customer loyalty for portfolio customers
  • Processing incoming inquiries and orders from our customers
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Independently creating quotes

Your profile:


  • Commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Technical understanding
  • MS Office & SAP knowledge
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
