    Position:

    The Mid-Market Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new mid-sized business customers. This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. The Mid-Market Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, and achieving individual sales targets.

    This is a full-time, remote position within the USA

    Responsibilities:

    1. Continuously improve sales techniques through training and self-development
    2. Identify and prospect potential mid-market customers through various channels
    3. Qualify leads and conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements
    4. Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects
    5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
    6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts
    7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of solutions
    8. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
    9. Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
    10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities
    11. Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required
    12. Provide feedback from customers to inform product development and enhancement efforts

    Requirements:

    1. Prior experience in SaaS sales, preferably in a mid-market or enterprise environment
    2. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
    4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    5. Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
    6. Adept at using Salesforce & Outreach software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities
    7. Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards achieving goals
    8. Desire to contribute to a positive working culture with remote colleagues and teams
    9. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
    10. Willingness to travel as required
