    Located in the safe and popular One Olney Shoprite Plaza, New Century Home Care is one of the fastest growing Home Cares in 2022.

    We are actively seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our administrative team. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant that also holds a Certified Medical Assistant Certification. This position will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and assist with administering PPD test.

    The Front Administrative/CMA Assistant duties will include assisting in daily office needs, managing our company's general administrative/clerical activities, and administering PPD skin test.

    The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment; Ultimately, a successful Front Desk Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our front office.

    Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.

    • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
    • Keep an accurate inventory of medical supplies and medications.
    • Maintains confidential information of the work place according to the policies and procedures of the institution and HIPAA regulations.
    Answering multi-lined telephone.

    • Must Speak Spanish
    Must be a Certified Medical Assistant.
    Must be English fluent.
