- Repairing approved technology hardware including PCs, network devices, printers, and more.
- Providing network support, installing new hardware/software, and managing equipment inventory.
- Working with management on computer system issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to repair standards.
- High school graduate with technical certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of technical systems experience, 2+ years in technical support, and retail business exposure.
- Working knowledge of IT hardware, Windows, MS Office, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
