    Description

    Title:
    SVTC Technician III (SHIFT)

    Location:
    Washington, D.C

    Clearance:
    TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph Job Details:


    • Manager VTC scheduling and provide live event support
    • Maintain IT and AV equipment related to information displays, digital signage, monitors, laptops, video record devices and other related end user devices
    • Operate and manage equipment for presentations, sound, lighting and audio/video conferencing
    • Create and manage user accounts
    • Develop SOP's for utilization of conference center equipment
    • Escalate IT issues to Tier III when needed
    • Provide workstation (thick and thin client), VoIP device, and voice and video conference support
    • Manage hardware in all stages including unpacking and setup of end user devices
    • Resolve IT incidents from cradle to grave, working closely with engineering teams and other contractor stakeholders when IT issues require Tier III escalation or have external dependencies
    • Install application software on end-user device workstations via scripted install packages
    • Inventory management of UC deployed software and end user devices
    • Provide user education and training in basic hardware and software functions
    • Create and maintain documentation and SOPs to train new employees
    • Use ServiceNow-based ticketing database to track, update, and close break/fix incident tickets and fulfill new requests
    • Identify and execute process improvements and other enhancements that improve operational efficiency Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position; an additional 4 years of experience be substituted in lieu of a degree
    • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in addition to education level
    • Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II or IAM II certification
    • Experience working in a DoD or IC environment desired
    • Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph Equal Opportunity Employer/Veteran/Disabled
