    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager at Premier Magnesia, LLC. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within your assigned region. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies, provide market insights, and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales and account management
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Experience in the magnesia or related industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
    • Five years of experience in the wastewater treatment market is preferred but not required.
    • Knowledge of the purchasing processes and selection protocols for municipal projects is required.
    • Computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM ), ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and JD Edwards), are required.
