Job Summary:
The Medical Assistant (Nursing) will assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing patient care in a clinical setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist nurses and healthcare providers in conducting patient assessments and exams
Take vital signs and record patient information accurately
Administer medications and vaccines as directed by healthcare providers
Prepare patients for procedures and assist with minor medical procedures
Educate patients on treatment plans and medication instructions
Maintain clean and organized clinical work areas
Update and maintain patient medical records

Qualifications and Skills:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience in a clinical setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
CPR certification
