- Provide supervision and care for ECHO participants.
- Understand and implement person-centered individual plans.
- Prepare and maintain clinical documentation.
- Manage participants' integration into host companies' workforce.
- Ensure participants' health and safety as per their individualized protocols.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
- Embrace and support ECHO's core values.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Associate degree or relevant work experience.
- Significant experience in vocational training for persons with disabilities.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
