Job Title: Project Coordinator (Multiple Shifts)

Location: Grand Prairie, TX

Shifts Available: Days : 8:30am-8:30pm (12 hours) Nights: 8:30pm-8:30am (12 hours) 4 Days a week

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead, plan, and execute projects from inception to completion.
Team Leadership: Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
Shift Coordination: Manage projects across different shifts, ensuring seamless continuity and coordination.
Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes, ensuring projects meet established standards.
Communication: Foster open communication within the team and with other departments.
Scheduling: Create and maintain shift schedules to optimize workforce productivity.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on project status, shift performance, and outcomes.
Problem-Solving: Address any issues that may arise during shifts to keep projects on track.
Adaptability: Be prepared to work up to 4-5 days a week, accommodating shifts and schedules as required.

Qualifications:

Management Experience: Previous experience in a management role is essential.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work across different shifts, including weekends
