Student Worker in the field of Human Resources (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the support and recruiting of our interns and student workers
  • You independently handle administrative HR tasks and support the operational daily business
  • Support in the recruiting process, including maintenance of the applicant management system (e.g. posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting interviews)
  • You conduct interviews together with colleagues from the various departments
  • Creation of references and maintenance of personnel files
  • In addition, you have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas in internal projects

Your profile:

  • You are studying Business Administration, Psychology or a similar field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
  • You have a strong interest in the field of HR and have gained initial practical experience through internships or part
