    Job DescriptionCustomer Experience Event Coordinator
    Onsite - Euclid, OH
    Contract to Hire
    $25/hr

    POSITION SUMMARY
    This position will work with Sales Host from Sales Team to create agendas, send invitations internally, monitor responses, send final agenda to all stake holders, prepare materials, badges, gifts and name plates, catering, cleaning after events and occasional arrange transportation locally for tours scheduled for prospective customers of Lincoln both national and international. Travel department takes care of getting the customer to locations and hotels.

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
    • Performs scheduling, document preparation, resources coordination and other administrative duties for customer experience projects.
    • Central coordination point for all visits to the Euclid campus, including domestic and international visitors.
    • Will have responsibility of maintaining all customer experience related collateral.
    • Coordinates/organizes all aspects of the respective visit/experience (welcome packs, organizing relevant facility tours with key internal personnel, ensures meeting areas are adequately prepared, helps coordinate any additional requirements.
    • Follows up with customers and sales personnel to ensure expectations were met.
    • Works with relevant sales and marketing teams to develop long-term, sustainable customer experience plans and programs.
    • Will establish and manage suitable metrics to measure customer expectation attainment and overall success of the program.

    TO QUALIFY
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 3 years experience with event planning and executive assistant work.
    • Strong project management, scheduling and networking skills.
    • Microsoft Office 365 and would want Teams, Excel and Word experience.
    • Must thrive on a busy and ever-changing environment.
